On 16.08.22 at around 03.15hrs during Rt patrolling duty, SI Debasish Marick of Jibantala PS found one young aged boy at Behulabari Bazar under Jibantala PS. On interrogation the boy gave his indentity as Shaik Saif Ali, Age 21 year, S/O -Shaik Akhtar Ali, residents of Ranmasthpura, near zoo park, Bahadurpure, Hyderabad, Telangana -50064. Then under direction of OC Jibantala PS, one PSI Aziz Biswas abled to contact with the father of the boy namely Shaikh Akhtar Ali who is a Journalist of Telengana State. After getting this information his father came to Jibantala PS by Airways today morning and produced the documents in support of the said boy. In respect of missing of the boy a Missing information was lodged at REINBAZAR PS under Telengana State Police Department (Vide Acknowledge number No.HYD/RBZR_HYD/170822/00574,Dt.17.08.22). After completing all formalities, they left for Telengana. They both are very happy to get their loved ones back, they are grateful for this kind of work by the officers of Jibantala PS.

On 18/08/22 Baruipur PS conducted raid & seized arms & ammunitions from one Dilip Mondal

On 18/08/22 at about 18.45 hrs, in pursuance of a credible source information SI Rony Sarkar of Baruipur PS along with force conducted raid at Gocharan Bus stand and detained one person namely Dilip Mondal (35) S/O Laxmikanta Mondal of Enayetpur, PS Magrahat, South 24 Parganas from whom an illegal long barrel firearms and 2rounds of live 12bore ammunitions have been seized under proper seizure list. Over this incident a specific case under the provisions of Arms Act has been started at Baruipur PS.

On 14.08.22 SDB Coastal PS recovered 10pcs of stolen laptops & 04pcs of adopters

Acting upon a source information on 14.08.22 evening a raid was conducted at Chotomollakhali Mondal Para and arrested one person namely Shibpada Mondal (42 yrs) S/O Late Damudar Monndal of Chotomollakhali Mondal Para, PS-Sundarban Coastal, South 24 Parganas, and recovered 10 (Ten) nos of stolen laptops of different companies and 04(Four) nos of adopters from his possession. On being asked, he could not produce any valid documents for possessing these laptops and did not give any satisfactory answers about those stolen laptops. Then the stolen laptops and chargers have been seized. Over this incident a specific case has been registered at Sundarban Coastal PS, vide SDB Coastal PS Case No. 114/22 dated 14.08.22 U/S 379/411/413/414 I.P.C

On 12/08/22 Canning PS conducted community policing at Satmukji Village

On 12/08/22 Canning PS conducted community policing at Satmukji Village to Interact with kids and mothers regarding health and hygiene, child marriage etc. Rakhi and sweets were distributed among them.

On 12.08.22 one SI Debdip Josh of Canning PS donated blood for 8 yrs. old thalassemic girl

On 12/08/22 a woman came to Canning SD Hospital seeking A+ blood for her 8 year old daughter who is suffering thalassemia. There was scarcity of A+ blood. On hearing the news, SI Debdip Josh of Canning PS has immediately donated blood for the child and also taking care of the child. The issue was circulated amongst the people of Canning area and apprised this job of police personnel.
