On basis of credible source information, on 21.08.22 at night two veteran burglars have been arrested from Bakultala bazar area under PS Jibantala. On interrogation they were given their identities i.e (i) Mamudali Purkait @ Morey @Babusona (22yrs) s/o Sajed Ali Purkait of Jhorormore Jalghata, PS Jibantala, & (ii) Saifuddin Mondal (37yrs) s/o Lt.Monajat Mondal of Hatpukuria under PS Canning. From their possessions, six numbers of Android Mobile phones have been recovered. Over the incident, a case was started at Jibantala PS u/s 379/411/413/414 IPC & on 22/08/22 the accused persons were produced before the Ld. Court.
